• Progressive Web App (PWA): SYNOVA operates directly in a browser with installable capabilities, push notifications, and offline operation. It behaves like a native app without requiring downloads from app stores.
• QR Code-Based Attendance: Every cadet receives a dynamic, encrypted QR ID generated uniquely by the admin portal, ensuring attendance is secure, non-replicable, and instant.
• Offline Capability with IndexedDB: Attendance data gets stored securely in the browser's IndexedDB, allowing volunteers to operate fully offline during field drills or parade sessions. Data syncs to the central database when internet access returns.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Custom login flows and dashboards for cadets, volunteers, and admins. Admins manage full data access, volunteers mark presence, and cadets view reports — ensuring a focused interface for every role.
• Data Export Modules: Generate and download well-formatted reports in CSV or PDF formats, tailored for NAAC audits, monthly reviews, and institutional records.
